Polly and Adam

Adam and Polly looked incredible on their big day.

I was approached this spring to discuss creating a headdress for the wedding of Polly and Adam.

This project was made particularly special by the fact that Polly herself works in the wedding industry and the stunning Henham Barns. With further discussion, and ideas exchanged, Polly decided that she would like one main headdress, with a small matching hair clip, She also wanted a bouquet, wrist corsage, and button holes for the groom and guests. Polly chose a mainly white rose theme, to which I added freesias and greenery, and Adam chose sunflowers and berries for the button holes.

These were so much fun to make. We love the contrast of colours and happy vibe!

All the fresh flowers I used for this project were supplied by local florists, The Southwold Flower Co. and were absolutely perfect for what we had in mind. Overall I am really pleased with how everything turned out and Polly and Adam were over the moon with their pieces. On the happy day, the weather held, the flowers looked beautiful and the bride and groom looked very handsome indeed!
